Dennis W. Eckstine

Mr. Dennis W. Eckstine’s experience alone totals over 40 years in equipment safety and litigation support. Through his active involvement in current standards committees and his engineering and product safety experience at international manufacturers of cranes, MEWPs and other heavy lifting equipment such as Grove Worldwide he brings a solid scientific and practical background to his clients.

He was previously Vice President, Senior Director of Product Safety & Reliability, and Director of Engineering Administration for different major manufacturers. He possesses a BSME and MBA. Mr. Eckstine started as a full time employee in the construction equipment industry in 1971 for Grove.

He serves on numerous committees within ANSI, SAE, ISO, and the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).

Matthew B. Eckstine

Matthew B. Eckstine’s experience in product safety, training, design compliance and product quality assurance totals over 20 years. Through his active involvement in current standards committees and his product safety experience at a worldwide manufacturer of lifting equipment he brings a solid scientific and practical background to his clients.

He was previously Manager of Product Safety for North and South America for a major manufacturer of lifting equipment. He has been performing product safety, safe use consulting and litigation support services as a full-time employee with Eckstine & Associates, Inc. since 2018. He possesses a BSBA and a MS in Safety Sciences.

He is currently a member of numerous committees that write standards for the safe use, training and design of aerial work platforms, mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), cranes, and forklifts — including ANSI, ISO, ASSP, and NCCCO.
